State of the 4545 League

We're currently in the second round of the 4545 team league and this season there are 4 less teams participating compared to the previous one. 

As promised, the 2nd part of the game reviews of Season 17 took place on Saturday 13 UTC. Thank you @quirked and @somethingpretentious for both of the parts of the game reviews.
