Welcome to the 100th edition of the lichess4545 Ledger!!!

We're currently in the 17th Season of the 4545 league and the round running is round 2. There is still a long way ahead for this season and it has started really competitively! The top match this week (if we can call it like that, with so many leading teams) is "Pawnhub: A second coming" vs "The Knights Watch".

In the Open section of LoneWolf there are only 2 rounds remaining. The leader of the section is NM @ChristopherChabris with 7.5/9 who hasn't lost a single game! Registrations are now open for Season 7 of the 960 league, starting on June 3rd. It's a 7 round Chess960 tournament with a NEW! 15+15 NEW! time control. You can register clicking here. Join #chess960 in slack for more infos. Please note that no established 960 rating is required to register, contrary to what the registration page says.

The 5th season of crazyhouse also started! Note that the crazyhouse league has made a switch from an individual to a team league. This time 6 teams of 7 players compete. For those that may think that it is unfair to have 7 boards, players play a pair of games so it doesn't actually matter. For you that play in this season, please make sure to be active in slack so that you won't have any problems related to late-contact. Good luck to everyone!

The May Simul was hosted by NM @ChristopherChabris on previous Saturday. A total of 10 participants joined the simul and the National Master scored 7 wins and 3 losses against them. Join the #4545-simul channel to stay tuned for the June simul.
